We could not find info on the developer or the team behind the software. However, the website info indicates the company is in Denmark. A location address and phone number are present along with an email address for reaching the support service of the company. An online contact form is also present for customer support.

While the vendor provides contact information including location address and phone number, from the user reviews, we find that the support offered is bad. Further, it does not identify the info that is not in text format, which can make you miss a big chunk of signals with high-profit potential. Our initial conclusion is that it is not an effective service we would recommend.

Seeing that you need to pay your provider and broker, the cost of this software is an additional burden. Compared to the price quoted by competitor services, the price is expensive.
